Senior Strength
A 60 minute class to build strength and mobility for the young at heart!
Senior Strength is a 60-minute class consisting of 30 minutes of low impact aerobics and 30 minutes of strength, balance and flexibility. Join us to boost your mobility and strength, have some fun, and connect with others!
