For any invoice or infringement dated before 20 February 2023, you will need:

  • Animal or Animal Infringement: Your Animal ID or Animal Infringement ID.

  • General Invoice: Your customer number.

  • Vehicle Infringement or Freedom Camping: Notice or infringement number.

  • Transfer Station Fees: Your customer number.

  • Other Infringements: Infringement ID

For any invoice or infringement dated after 20 February 2023, you will need:

  • Vehicle Infringement or Freedom Camping: Notice or infringement number.

  • All other invoices or infringements require your payment reference number.

Due to some technical issues with our payment system, we ask that you please don't select "Log On" located at the top of the payment screen.
