To consider the remuneration proposal for elected members for the 2010-11 year (post the elections) and to recommend the proposal to the Remuneration Authority for consideration.

To advise the Community Board that due to declining tree health a number of trees along Mt Aspiring road need to be removed and others pruned.

To consider the final design and location for a proposed facility building for the Wanaka Rowing Club.

To consider a landscaping plan for the Hawea Foreshore reserve adjacent to a number of properties on Lakeview Terrace, Hawea.

To recommend the reallocation of funding set aside for this facility.

To provide the Community Board with progress on the current performance of the solid waste asset and services.

To inform the Community Board on the current performance of the Transport asset and service.

To inform the Committee on the current delivery of the 2010/11 Infrastructure Services Capital Works programme for Wanaka Ward and the Crown Range Road.

To inform the Wanaka Community Board on the current performance of the 3-Waters asset and service.
